• We will clean all dirt and debris from your rooftop.
• We will remove an existing termination bar and install new EPDM wall flashing.
• We will then properly install new metal termination bar on the wall.
• We will also inspect rest of the roof and repair any open seams as needed using G-EPDM Splice Primer V-150
• We will then apply 3” Versigard seam tape.
• After the repairs are completed, we will apply a White, Elastomeric coating. It is highly elastic and has qualities to help ensure lasting performance and provides a weather resistant shield over the surface to reflect harmful ultraviolet and infrared radiations and withstands thermally induced stresses.
• Upon completion of the job, all dirt and debris will be removed from the premises.
